What delivery methods do you offer?
Within Poland, the cheapest option is a shipment to the selected InPost package for PLN 15. If you prefer delivery directly to your door, we also offer shipping by DPD courier for PLN 25. For orders over PLN 1000, shipping is free.
Can I pick up my purchases in person?
Yes, you can choose to be picked up at our showroom. It is located at 18 Daniłowiczowska Street in the center of Warsaw, close to pl. Banking. You can visit us on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM or on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

How long will I wait for the purchased clothes?
We sew each garment to order. Therefore, the time between making a purchase and receiving the shipment will vary depending on the clothes you choose and the number of previous orders our great seamstresses have. The current delivery dates are provided on the website of each product.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to anywhere in Europe. Prices for shipping to individual countries vary. Shipments to: Austria cost PLN 60, Czech Republic is PLN 35, Denmark is PLN 60, France is PLN 50, Spain is PLN 110, Ireland is PLN 110, Germany is PLN 40, Norway is PLN 110, Slovakia is PLN 40, Switzerland is PLN 180, Sweden is PLN 90, Hungary: PLN 40, and for Great Britain it costs PLN 50.
What types of payments do you accept?
You have several options to choose from. You can use the fast online payment via PayU. Then, in a convenient and safe way, we will redirect you to the page where you choose your bank and make the payment. If you do not want to log into your bank, you can also enter your payment card details. We support MasterCard and VISA cards. Another option is payment via PayPal.
You can also choose to have a bank transfer made by you without any payment system. Then please pay directly to our bank account. Please use your order number as the payment title. Your order will be accepted for processing after the payment is credited to our account.
Are my purchases safe?
We have installed an SSL certificate on our website to ensure confidentiality of the information sent and its encryption. You can feel safe with us.
Exchange and Returns
Can I return the purchased clothes?
Yes. It happens that the ordered size or cut does not suit for some reason. You can return each purchase made in our store within 14 days of its receipt. Please remember that the goods you send back to us must not have any signs of use and must be in the condition in which you received them (with tags attached). We have 14 days to process the return. After we accept it, we will refund the funds in a manner consistent with your payment method.
The clothes you return will go to the showroom, where they will be sold to someone else.
What do I have to do to return the purchased clothes?
Attach the proof of purchase – receipt or invoice – and the completed return form to the package with the returned product. Send it to us at the following address: By Your Side, Orla 6b lok 37, 00-143 Warsaw. You can also send the parcel to an InPost parcel locker with the number WAW77N, providing a telephone number (503084960) and an e-mail contact (email@example.com).
How can I exchange the purchased garment for another one?
The process is similar to the process of returning the product (see above), with the difference that we need information from you on which clothing you would like to exchange. To speed up the process, in the meantime, inform us by e-mail (to the address firstname.lastname@example.org) about the need for replacement, indicate what product and size you are replacing and what you would like to receive in return. Thanks to this, we will be able to start sewing new clothes for you as soon as possible.
In the event of an exchange, shipping costs to us are your responsibility. Shipping from the warehouse is at our expense. Any additional payment for the model that is being replaced (when it turns out to be more expensive), you pay by bank transfer. Any overpayment for the replaced model (when it turns out to be cheaper), we return to the previously agreed account with you within 14 days of receiving the replaced goods by you.
What else should I know?
We want to receive your parcel with return or exchange as soon as possible and be able to act quickly. Therefore, please do not send parcels by Polish post, because our postman does not like to leave an advice note. Also, do not send a VAT invoice to the issuer’s address, because this is not our office. Sending to the showroom is also problematic, because we are there only at certain times and we often miss the courier.
